This was the recipe which I tried for the first time for a cooking competition. And I'm here to share it with you.Nothing much difficult with that ,can prepare it within half an hour.

So let's get started.........
What you need:
- Nendran banana[Changalikodan] - as per your need
- Crushed Coconut - half piece
- Cardamom powder - 1 or 2 pinch
- Bread crumbs - for rolling
- Oil or ghee - for frying
- Salt - 1 pinch
Now we'll start with steaming bananas.Steam them for required time. And now mash them using a masher or hands if possible.Mash them until they form a soft mass texture.
As the next step add crushed coconuts, cardamom and salt to it.Mix them well.
Now make them into your desired shape as oval or round , anything as you like. Before making them into shape apply some ghee or oil to your hands as that will make them non sticky . Now roll them in bread crumbs. Finally deep fry them in oil or ghee as your preferences, for better taste go for ghee itself.
